Our new flagship Wednesday night Speed Dating event takes place at Zoku Bar in Soho.
This event is for ages 30-45 (age guide) and you can expect to meet around 15-20 people (equal mix of men and women) in 4-5 minute dates with an interval half way through for refreshments.
Speed Dating kicks off at 8pm prompt and any guests arriving late may not be able to take part so please ensure you arrive 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for registration.
When all the guests have arrived the host will explain how the evening will unfold and you will be provided with a scorecard and pen. When the event begins women will be seated and men will rotate between tables every 4 minutes. At the end of each date guests mark on their scorecard or mobile phone whether they would like to see that person again.
There will be a 15 minute break half way through to allow for refreshments.
The following day we will send an e-mail with your matches and you can contact anyone you've connected with through our website.
Please be aware that speed dating places are limited and the majority of our events do sell out, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Good. Tom was an excellent host. Fun. The venue had the music on quite loud so that meant I couldn't hear some of the daters as clearly as I would have liked to have done but otherwise well organised and lovely speed daters.

This was a fun event and I enjoyed it. There were some friendly guys but unfortunately nobody I felt attracted to or a connection with. The event itself could have included more explanation of the card system and how the matching works after. I also would have appreciated a break as it was quite intense and felt rushed meeting so many people back to back for 1.5 hours without stopping. The setting was also far too noisy so difficult to hear people and be heard when speaking.

An enjoyable evening, though it was yet another speed dating where the men outnumbered the women! I've yet to go to one which was the other way around. Good venue, decent setup; the only thing I'd suggest is making sure people have pens and paper, as remembering who was who and who you liked the next day having met them for mere minutes is next to impossible. Even without drinking making it even harder.

We could have done with a break as it was quite intense - 14 dates one after another at 4 minutes a piece. People didn’t have time to go get a drink. Needed somewhere with a bit more atmosphere and music to make it less awkward. But a good (albeit varied) bunch of people

The event location was very nice. The event host could have put in a bit more effort at the event. Reminding people how matching works after the event via website. Importance of uploading a picture etc. A lot of attendees I spoke to didn't have a clue how it worked. Host looked a bit bored may be he has done loads of these and it felt like ground hog day to him. I would still go to another event
