Our Saturday night Speed Dating event is an evening of fast, fun & flirty dates for ages 21-30 within the stylish surroundings of our brand new venue the Bishop's Vaults by Liverpool Street station in the City.
Expect to meet around 15-20 people at this popular event in London. The crowd is always well dressed & ready to let their hair down.
Speed Dating kicks off at 8pm prompt and any guests arriving late may not be able to take part so please ensure you arrive 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for registration.
On arrival at the venue one of our friendly hosts will be waiting to register you.
When everyone has arrived the host will explain how the evening will unfold and you will be provided with a scorecard and pen. When the event begins women will be seated and men will rotate between tables every 4-5 minutes. At the end of each date guests mark on their scorecard or mobile phone whether they would like to see that person again.
There will be a 15 minute break half way through to allow for refreshments.
The event will finish at around 9:30pm but guests are welcome to stay afterwards.
If you have used your mobile phone to enter your preferences then you will be able to view your matches instantly at the end of the event. Otherwise please take home your scorecard and upload your matches before 12pm on the following day.
Please be aware that tickets for our events are very limited and the majority do get booked up in advance, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Good venue. Could hear the conversation most of the time which was great compared to other events where you sit beside other pairs and struggle to hear anything. Needed a piece of paper for notes. It was relentless and didn’t manage to pull out phone for notes, so only really remember one person.

I went to a speed dating event at Forge bar and I had a fabulous time while meeting some really great people also. I do however think that there should have been a system in place for helping people keep record of the those that they were interested in seeing again. It said on their website that they hand out paper and pens for people to do this but the host did not have these availabe so people had to make a mental note of those who they wanted to see again which some were not happy with. They should maybe take this into account going forward. Other than that their events are worth going to"

Overall I would say the event was average. It was nice to meet people and the people on the dates were friendly. However, It was disappointing to see that 10 girls on the speed dating knew each other. I did feel like this defeated the purpose of the event and wasn’t fair on the guys that came on their own including myself.

Good location and pleasant conversations, it felt a bit overwhelming. There was no brake and believe one was very much needed to pose and continue and it was not always clear when the male had to change table, so some conversation were definitly shorter then others. We were not provided with a scorecard, name badge and pen; there was not a 15 minute break half way through to allow for refreshments (as per website description)nor a proper closure /wrap up of the evening with greetings and summary of what happens next. Overall I enjoyed the evening, despite no sparkle. Have to admit that I do not remember people names nor each conversation, so even if I could tick friendships for few guys , since there are missing pics I can not identify them. A piece of paper where to add few words next to a name during a break and badge names would help. (e.g. good sense of humour / same hobbies / interesting questions/ ex palaeontologist) Will give it a tray again, maybe by choosing a different kind of event.

It was a nice night and great to meet people I would not normally meet. However, it would be great if there is a table in between the men as sitting in a booth I had men clearly way above the age range finding an excuse to come really close or causally try to touch my arm and I really did not feel comfortable. If the ages were checked at least in some events, people could choose to go to those ones where age range is actually reflected in the people there.

Speed dating is a great way to meet new people. I really enjoyed the event. But, here are some things you can improve on: - Location: The events are always set in an environment with Loud Music. It's difficult to talk to people. We had to shout to hear each other. - 3 minutes with each person is not enough time. I would rather meet 15 people and spend 4 minutes with each of them, than meeting 20 people with 3 minutes per person. - You should provide the participant with a pen and a card to write the names of the people they met. It is difficult to remember names/details of 20 people. It will help the participants in entering matches online by looking at that card.

I liked that there were so many people BUT it was WAY TOO NOISY - that band playing meters away was so unnecessary. Also, it'd have been great to have even 60 seconds break between meetings.

The venue worked really well. Liked that it was a casual evening and looks like everyone went in with an open mind. Some of the guys really surprised me where I found they were really funny or had amazing adventurous interests. Not something that would have come through as much with online dating. Though overall I felt a bit on the younger side for some of the men. Would suggest to have a 35-45ish focused group. Thanks!

I had fun but it was a bit too loud and was quite difficult the hear each other. I found myself having to really shout and had a headache at the end. Also felt like I could have done with 5 mins per person rather that 3-4 and a break half way through.

Experience was great. I am assuming you are in the money business and not the dating business- My recommendation would be to organize an event for single Muslims. They are tonnes of them who are looking for partners and Muslims dating apps aren't great.

Overall good but I could have done with a card to fill out - it was impossible to remember everyone’s names. Or at least have corresponding numbers on the website. It was rushed at the end too - my final date was cut off just as it started as we was asked to move out of the room.

While the people were nice, the organisation could be better. The event had more men than women with no break, which meant for an intense period of conversations. There was no way of noting names, and as someone who has a visual memory, this meant that I wouldn’t remember the names of the last 10 people I met, making the matching process ineffective

A great evening with lovely people. The downstairs area of Trinity Bell is a very cosy area with comfortable seats light music and good bar service. I hope the company continues to use this venue. As someone who attends various events in various locations this location is perfect for speed dating.

This was my first event; with nothing to measure it on it I think it was fine. I think what might have bene helpful, is to be provided with paper and a pen to take notes. Perhaps a little more engagement and interaction from the host also as we barely saw him and he was late to arrive and left promptly. Otherwise it was enjoyable.
